My Long Overdue Birthday Post
Turning 21 was probably one of the most memorable moments in my life—not because I grew a year older, but more because of how things have become. I’m now officially a year older (and hopefully a year wiser); I have more responsibilities on my plate, as well as more expectations to meet; and I am a year closer to graduation and immersion into the “real world”. Not that I’m complaining. Turning 21 was definitely and eye-opener and a reality-check of all sorts; however, there is this sense of joy that comes along with it when I know that there are a lot of people who truly love and care about me.
To my family, friends, blockmates, orgmates (Celadoneans, ACTMers, COAns, AJMAns, ASECers, ASLAns, AMAns, COAns, and OrSemers), and everyone else who made this day a truly special one… a BIG THANK YOU. Words cannot truly express the gratitude I have for each and every one of you. Special mention goes out to my Executive Board (the CelabEBs woohoo!) who made this day an extremely special one with the funny antics and surprises you had in store for me.

Some highlights of my (school) day as follows:
- Freecut in my one and only class for the summer (Ma’am must love me so much. Joke xD)
- Every single member of my EB wearing red in commemoration of my birthday (Awww)
- Jed, Bendog, and Lhuwi as my birthday party mascots (and their bunny dance xD)
- Shakey’s delivery dude dancing the Caramelldansen
- The CelabEBs and their special birthday performance along Faura driveway as I watched them from the second floor.
- Honey and the cake incident
- The candle that forever lit up every time I successfully blew the flame away (Deedee says she bought the candle in Toy Kingdom haha xD)
- Blockmates, orgmates, and COAns dropping by the room during my (well, mine and Gen’s xD) little pizza party.
- Yummy White Pizza from Brooklyn’s Pizza
- Me still having an EB meeting despite my birthday (talk about dedication! joke haha)
