Wannabe Models
[note: This was supposed to be posted yesterday, but due to sucky internet connection, I wasn’t able to do so]
We had the Ateneo Celadon EB aspirant photoshoot today courtesy of the great Peter Mancao. It was both fun and crazy at the same time. Too bad we had to compromise a lot of things due to a lack of venue and [ahem] shirts. [whistles] Woot! Vani and Retch! XD
Before the shoot, Pedro told me that he needed 12 chairs for the photoshoot. Aidz and I then went all over campus [with me in my heels XD] looking for 12 monoblock chairs. We looked EVERYWHERE [even asked OAS, but they were about to close XD]. Luckily, I remembered the Cervini had monoblock chairs in the RecRoom. Thanks to soulmate Paul [lifesaver ka talaga forever and ever amen], we managed to borrow 12 monoblock chairs from Cervini. We went to Kostka ext to have some Jolibee lunch with the other CelaPeeps, and then proceeded to the Gesu for our pictorials.
Peter used me, Babam, Vani, and Retch as models for the pictures he was taking while trying to adjust the settings of his spiffy camera [drools] I wish I had a camera as cool as his XD.
Of course, since Peter needed time to fix his camera’s settings, Babam and I didn’t mind being his subjects for his photos (haha). Once the rest of the EB aspirants came, we began with the photoshoot. Twice were we asked whether we had a permit to shoot pictures outside the Church of the Gesu and Bellarmine Field. I honestly didn’t know that we needed a permit for that, considering there are oodles of people taking pictures by the Gesu almost everyday.
It was raining and shining at the same time during the photoshoot—how crazy can the weather be?! XD. Apart from that, we were all taking pictures like crazy. If this were to be the next batch of Celadon EB’s, I predict that next year will be filled with several camwhore sessions during EB meetings XDDD Despite the CFA people being unable to attend the photoshoot, we still had fun.
